Bulk Group Leaver works from Facebook pages already open in desktop Chrome. Most issues come from being on the wrong Facebook surface, a list that has not loaded yet, or a license check that cannot reach Gumroad or the activation service.
01 / Scan
When scanning finds nothing
Scroll before scanning
Facebook often loads long lists gradually. Scroll the Facebook page, wait for rows to appear, then scan again.
Refresh before retrying
If Facebook changed the page layout, refresh first. Avoid random console scripts when the expected controls are not present.
02 / Run
When the queue is ready
Review the queue before starting. Free runs process up to 3 ready items per run. Pro is a one-time $9 license for larger sessions, deep scan, activity sort, and Pro filters.
- Pause.Use pause when a page is slow or you want to inspect progress.
- Stop.Use stop if the queue looks wrong or Facebook starts showing warnings.
- Skipped groups.Admin and protected groups are skipped by default for separate review.
- No guarantee.No extension can guarantee Facebook account outcomes. Smaller reviewed queues are safer than rushing.

Pro unlock checks
Use the purchase email or key
The Pro screen validates payment/license status with Gumroad and the activation service.
Allow license requests
Ad blockers, strict network filters, or offline Chrome sessions can stop a license check from completing.
Email support
Send the purchase email, approximate checkout time, and what the Pro screen shows. Do not send your Facebook password.

Open the matching Facebook surface first: joined groups, liked pages, follows, friends, or sent friend requests.
Why did the scan find fewer items than expected?
Facebook often loads long lists gradually. Scroll the page first, wait for more rows to load, then scan again.
Why are some groups skipped?
Admin and protected groups are skipped by default so important groups can be reviewed separately before leaving.
How do I fix a Pro license check?
Use the license email or key from Gumroad, keep the activation service reachable, and contact support if the key still does not unlock Pro.
Does support need my Facebook password?
No. Never send a Facebook password. The extension does not ask for it.
Where does Facebook list data go?
Queue data, settings, and local receipts stay in Chrome storage on your device.
